What do the Bankline for Communities roles allow users to do?

In Bankline for Communities users will have one of these three roles:

Account leader

This role is for key users who need unrestricted access, they'll be able to:

  • View transactions, payments and statements
  • Raise domestic payments and transfers
  • Approve all payments
  • Manage payment templates
  • Manage users and assign their roles
  • Open and close accounts
  • Change addresses and contact details
  • Stop cheques and order stationery
  • Manage Open Banking services

Payment controller

This role is for users who need to raise and approve payments, they'll be able to:

  • View transactions, payments and statements
  • Raise domestic payments and transfers
  • Approve all payments
  • Manage payment templates
  • Open and close accounts
  • Change addresses and contact details
  • Stop cheques and order stationery
  • Manage Open Banking services

Account viewer

This role is for users who need only basic 'view' access, they'll be able to:

  • View transactions, payments and statements
  • View account servicing requests
  • View Open Banking services
