We send all activation codes by email. Please make sure we have your up to date email address in Bankline.
If you can't see the email, don't forget to check your junk folder just in case. If you still haven't received it or need a new one, you'll need to speak to your Bankline administrator.
Once we've sent an activation code to a user, their user status will change to 'activation code issued'.
If your activation code has expired, your Bankline administrator will need to order you a new one.
