How do I cancel my Bankline profile?

We're sorry to hear you're thinking of closing your Bankline profile. If you have a Relationship Manager, it's best to speak to them first.

If you still want to cancel Bankline, you'll need your Bankline administrator (or two where Dual administration is turned on) to email the our administration team from your registered email address on:

banklineadministration@rbs.co.uk

You'll need to include your Customer ID and the name of your business as it appears on Banklne in this email.
